Gary D. Thomas
Gary brings to the practice of law 25 years of experience, sound legal judgment, and a reputation for unquestioned professional ethics. For the past 22 years, Gary has been engaged in the general practice of law in Southeastern Massachusetts. His keen litigation and negotiating skills and his thoughtful manner enable him to effectively resolve rather than perpetuate client legal disputes. And his thorough analysis and careful planning have proven to be highly effective at structuring business and real estate arrangements and planning estates so as to prevent legal disputes from arising in the future.
Today, Gary concentrates his general practice in the fields of estate planning and administration, business and corporate law, and real estate sales and development.
Gary also maintains a selective and highly successful domestic relations and divorce mediation practice, where he combines his social work background with his 25 years of divorce litigation experience to help clients navigate the potentially rough waters of divorce.
He earned his Bachelor’s Degree (BA) at Syracuse University in 1974, and he earned his Master of Social Work (MSW) at Syracuse University in 1975. In 1981, Gary was awarded his Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from the University of Denver. He also volunteers his legal services to many local community, civic, educational and environmental causes.
